The Youth Group from Colonial Christian Academy, directed by Dr. Barbara Krell, from Columbia, South Carolina, have driven to Miracle Valley, Arizona, some 2,000 miles to help Dr. Harter remove the existing roofing material from the tabernacle.

The old wall that A. A. Allen had constructed on the top of the roof in 1965 is being removed.

We are still working. Even though it is hard work, we are the young people of Colonial High, and we can do it.

Carol took a week off from work to devote herself to helping remove the existing roofing material.

The entire roofing material is being removed from the building. Carol has taken the roof down to the bare wood.

There certainly is a large amount of material that has to be removed. Bob is determined to see that it is removed.

Some of the old built-up roofing material must be sawed off in sections. Even though it is getting very late, Bob continues to remove the old roofing material.

Even Dr. Harter is involved in the removal of the roofing material from the tabernacle.

"They didn't teach us this in Bible College." delcares Dr. Harter.

These swamp coolers are so large, a man can climb into one of them. But they must be removed as well.

This is a big job, and we need more workers.

Boy, what a mess! This is really a big building.

Nearly 70 tons of roofing material is being removed from this roof. No one ever realized that there was so much weight on this roof.

We wish to thank Ishmael and Roberto, Jr. for helping out with this roof. They have been nearly 5 weeks, 5 days a week, removing the old roofing material from the roof of the tabernacle. This has been some real hard work. May God bless them for their labor.
